Accept Terms and Conditions

1. We'll do our best to connect you with a driver for our services, as long as there's a driver available near your location when you request our services.
2. Driver Delight offers a technology-driven service through its website. This service allows passengers to hire drivers for one-way or round-trip rides, both within and outside city limits. It's a convenient way to find short-term private drivers when you need them. When you use our service, you give permission for a driver to drive your vehicle and make decisions on your behalf during the agreed-upon time.
3. If your trip starts or ends between 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, we'll include a Rs 150 charge on your bill as a night fee.
4. If your trip goes beyond the selected package time, there will be an additional charge of Rs 1.5 per minute(Rs 90 per hour) added to your bill as overtime charge.
5. Driver Delight acts as a middleman, connecting you with drivers. The actual service agreement is between you and the driver. Driver Delight is not involved in this agreement and disclaims any responsibility for drivers, including employment claims or liability related to the service.
6. If the driver causes damage to the vehicle or breaks traffic laws, the charges for this will be taken from the driver's earnings. The driver's account will be suspended until they settle these charges. To address such incidents, customers must report them in writing to contact@driverdelight.com at the time of the incident.
7. If there's a theft or loss, it's the driver's and customer's responsibility to handle it, typically through a police investigation. Driver Delight won't provide compensation for any losses.
